Crossing it takes both: how systems behave at scale, and how a need becomes something a company can operate.
The common thread is not an industry or a technology.
It is moving from technically present to practically usable.

We read the rule, map the systems, listen to users and find where process or information breaks. The deliverable at this stage is a position: what is actually stopping the value from moving.
Design what is missing
We translate that position into a product, workflow, data model or decision framework. It starts from the systems and constraints already in place.
Make it survive contact
We work through adoption, exceptions, governance and evidence. A layer is only finished when people can operate it — and the next owner can understand why it works that way.
