Before anything gets designed, you get a written answer to one question: what is actually stopping this from moving?
A position is a short document, and it holds four things.
- What is blocking it — the scope, the data and the ownership gap, named.
- What it would take — the layer that has to exist, in the systems you already run.
- Who has to run it — the role, not the department.
- What happens if nobody does — read against the date that applies to you.
It ends with a decision you can act on. It is yours whether or not we are the ones who carry it out. We do not sell legal opinions or guaranteed compliance — we build the layer that makes the obligation operable.
